Easterns of Sterling Really Earned My Business I couldn’t be happier. We were looking for a late model/low mileage SUV for my wife. I was able to check out a bunch of choices online and once I fo I couldn’t be happier. We were looking for a late model/low mileage SUV for my wife. I was able to check out a bunch of choices online and once I found a couple I was interested in, I was able to start the process online. Our salesman, Sahand, was super easy to work with. He arranged to have the vehicles brought from another location to the location closest to our home so we could test drive them. We set up an appointment for later that day. Meanwhile, I submitted the credit application as well online. That made the process a lot easier by having the necessary documents already taken care when we arrived for the test drive. By the time we had arrived, Sajjad had already worked out a great deal/rate for me. That took a lot off of my mind. The test drive went well but I just didn’t get that ‘this is the one’ feeling about it. The Easterns team didn’t mind one bit and helped me pick out a different one and had it brought to our local location. This one was it. Sajjad updated the financing for the new vehicle in no time at all. Here’s where things even got better. Earlier while looking through their cars, there was another one I was drawn to for myself. The deal I got on the first one was so good; I mentioned the second car. Sahand and Sajjad did their thing and to make a long story short – we are now a two car Easterns family. Once the decisions were made, Sahand went over all the details to make sure we understood everything about the cars, went over the CarFaxes for each, discussed the protection options we could select and finalized the deal. That is when I got to meet Tawana the office manager. She had prepared all the paperwork for both deals. She went over every form and answered all my questions as I signed them. I had a great experience with Easterns and the entire team that worked with me. Thank you to all of them and hope to see them in a couple years. More
