Ali and his manager Tony stayed with me till I made a decision but never once did they rush me. Ali first got to know us and find out what I want in a car after showed me a few cars. When I found the one he was able to get information for it right away and provide me with the carfax. I recommend going to Ali for your next car! Keep up the great work guys! More

Very disappointing I was on the verge of purchasing a mini van at the online list price of $29950. I walked into the dealership with a valid appraisal for my trade-in (w I was on the verge of purchasing a mini van at the online list price of $29950. I walked into the dealership with a valid appraisal for my trade-in (which they did March), a loan pre-approval from my credit union, and the payoff for my trade. After nearly an hour, and after having said “no thanks” to the extended warranty and the 5-year vehicle coverage package, my salesman Melad (who was fantastic) brings me the paperwork and says “ok, so it’s going to be $32k+ including the almost $800 “reconditioning” few”. I gave him a puzzled look and said, what’s that? Apparently they wanted to charge me for the work they put into the car to get it ready to sell. I promptly said, I’m not paying that. I will pay the advertised price plus the fees, taxes, etc. right now and drive away, but i can’t fathom why a consumer would pay for the work a vendor put into a vehicle to make it sellable... how does that make sense? if you want to recoup that investment, maybe it should be reflected on the price tag. It smelled a whole lot like they were trying to make up for the fact that i wouldn’t buy the extended warranty and other crap that IS NOT REQUIRED. again, Melad was great and I’d still go back and buy that car for the advertised price. Well... that and an apology. By the way, the GM said it was the owners call to let me walk away. More

I know dealers and dealerships have to make money but I want what I think is a fair price for me to pay and I got that with Direct Car Buying and with Ali. We didn't make a deal the first time but I felt like it was mutual and not because I was getting cheated. More
