Excellent service My wife and I have never been treated as well as we were here when shopping for a car. We were looking for a used Pilot but, while nice, they were a My wife and I have never been treated as well as we were here when shopping for a car. We were looking for a used Pilot but, while nice, they were a bit out of our price range as we have a very limited budget. We were then asked a lot of questions detailing what exactly we were looking for in a vehicle. Then, we were shown several makes and models and explained the pros and cons of each including the price points and what we could get for our money (give up features then get newer model, etc). We were never rushed and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us like every other dealer we went to. Other dealers were only interested in trying to get as much money as possible out of us and not in what was right for us. Easterns, and Ali, treated us as all businesses should treat their customers. They even drove the car to our house for delivery to help us out. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you again! More
