When another of his clients came in he passed us off to a different rep. The other rep was less knowledgeable but seemed ok and we found a car we liked. We called the second rep the following Monday and completed a credit app. We specifically told 2nd rep we didn't want to drive out there until credit was in place. 2nd rep called us back saying credit was in place and we made an appointment for 2:00. He said he would "clear his schedule" and have everything ready. When we arrived at 1:59 2nd rep was on a test drive with a different client. A third rep showed us a different car that "would better suit the program", code for financing. "Appt" went downhill from there. We eventually struck a deal, but after over 2.5 hrs of him saying "just 10 more minutes" and constantly changing information .... we ended up walking out. The next Sat we talked to Amir again. We restablished the financing and made an appointment with Amir. When we got there Amir was waiting for us, the paperwork was ready to go, and the car was freshly washed,. Amir followed through and made the deal happen! More
