Great Car Buying Experience!! After looking at several different cars at various dealerships I ended up purchasing my car from cars direct. Their outstanding customer service is After looking at several different cars at various dealerships I ended up purchasing my car from cars direct. Their outstanding customer service is what helped me make my final decision. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted promptly by Joel Alexis who showed me several different cars and was very knowledgeable about each and every one of them. He answered all of my many questions gracefully, and did not apply the typical sales pressure that you would normally receive at many of the other dealerships, even filling out the paperwork was made simple and easy and only took a few hours as opposed to the whole day, which is typical at most dealerships. Their prices are also outstanding when compared to others. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the wonderful customer service that I received while I was there. I will definitely be buying all my cars from them in the future, and will recommend them to everyone I know. In the end I did end up purchasing an Infiniti Fx 37 which I love and couldn't be happier!! More

I found the car I wanted on-line, called this dealer and went and saw it the next day. It was perfect and exactly as described. They are a no frills, low overhead dealership. The place is beautiful inside, but they must not have the huge dealership overhead because they were able to beat the price of anyone else. They gave me a great price on my trade too! The no pressure atmosphere is very relaxing. I walked in, did a test drive, signed some papers and was out the door in an hour. The cars are already inside and clean so there is no waiting while they "clean in" like other dealers. I'm impressed. I will be back! More

The back up camera needs to be replaced, we live about an hour from Sterling so they made the call to our local Ford dealership and made the appointment to have this done so we wouldn't have to drive back to VA. We will definitely go back for our next vehicle. More
