1st time car buyer This was my first time going into a dealership to purchase a car all by myself. I was a little nervous and as soon as I entered Easterns motors and s This was my first time going into a dealership to purchase a car all by myself. I was a little nervous and as soon as I entered Easterns motors and sat down with Dc I felt very comfortable. Dc helped get all my information into the system for the application. It was processed very fast. Once my application was processed Danny came over and asked me questions in regards to the size vehicle and colors I wanted. Danny found me the perfect vehicle a Black Nissan Rogue. Danny then introduced me to Carlos. Carlos bought the vehicle around and went into details about the car features. We then took the car for a test drive. I never once felt like I was with a sales man. Carlos made me feel like I was riding around with a friend. We came back to the store where Danny went over my monthly payments and the awesome warranties that came with the vehicle. I was so excited! Due to some issues on my end with my insurance I did not get to leave that evening with the vehicle but Carlos stayed with me way pass closing time and I truly appreciate that. I was able to submit my insurance papers today and will be heading there shortly to pick up my new car. Every team member I interacted with was truly amazing! I will continue to return to Easterns for all of my car needs especially if I can get Carlos again! More

I am not receptive to the passive-aggressive sales/finance method since with my personality, it dissuades me from the purchase, and causes me to go into analytical/deliberation mode which does not bode well for the potentiality of purchase.
