FAMILY MATTERS First off I am going to start off by saying I was really worried about buying a car because of my credit. Mr. Ali Sorouri saw the look on my face. And he asked what's the problem I told him my situation he told me not to worry and reassured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure I would drive off the lot with a car. He made me a deal he said if I can promise you that by the time we are done I would have something can I earn you business. I said yes that was a fair deal. He kept his word. the most thing I liked about Mr. Ali was that he kept me and my family involved in everything that was being discussed he really made sure they were present when making decisions. he was very considering, and friendly he really made my family feel like we family. I got nothing but good vibes from him. he took his time with every step of the process explaining every aspect of the purchasing process as it was my first purchase of a vehicle. He didn't rush through just to get me out the store. the test drive was wonderful love the truck. but I was thinking in my head I cant afford this. when we got back from the test drive he told me to transfer my son and daughter's car seats into the truck. At that point I am like whoa after I was finish he asked me to come back in the dealership. On the table was waiting a agreement statement. needless to say he got me a great deal on the truck I actually wanted. he played a little joke on me saying that he got me a nice minivan for the family but when I saw the paper I was lost for words he was able to get me a 2015 Ford explorer XLT with great mileage. We couldn't thank him enough for all the time and hard work he invested in us. I recommend him to anybody that's in the market of buying a car. More
