Freddie is dope So I purchased a truck from this dealership and to be honest my salesperson didn’t know much about my truck. That’s ok, being that this wasn’t a truck So I purchased a truck from this dealership and to be honest my salesperson didn’t know much about my truck. That’s ok, being that this wasn’t a truck dealership. What made him great was the fact that he was honest, telling me when he didn’t know something and that made me trust him. He was excellent to work with and he was the absolute highlight of the whole process. Now the processing was also not bad I didn’t like that this dealership was non-negotiable. Especially since I essentially walked in with money in hand and was willing to make a purchase I also didn’t appreciate not being afforded GAP due to being military. I have my own version so that’s ok, but if I didn’t that would be an issue. I understand that it’s relatively new and no information as to why was available at that time but I would have at least wanted to be offered an alternative. That’s the military way Also my truck wasn’t clean when it was shown, now I appeared unannounced and I understand that could have been why but it was noted that the truck was dirty when it was shown. So when my wife visited to have the truck cleaned after purchase there were several complications. From a four hour wait to the wrong vehicle nearly being released to the truck being cleaned in a half assed manner to the cleaning personnel not even being present. It was a terrible way to end an overall stellar performance, and that’s probably not even the half of it. We loved Freddie and he seriously was the shining moment of our experience. The manager was also seriously a strong performer. Just a few holes need to be patched up to make this place a whole lot better. Sincerely Christopher Springs More
