EXCELLENT SALES EXPERIENCES I went to Easterns thinking I would walk out with nothing or a big down payment that I would have to put down! Not a bad experience, however. I had a decent experience at Eastern Motors. I came in on a Sunday to test drive a specific car. Everyone I spoke to was nice and I was able to get I had a decent experience at Eastern Motors. I came in on a Sunday to test drive a specific car. Everyone I spoke to was nice and I was able to get it in and out without too much pressure. I was told before I left that I could schedule a 24 hour test drive; I emailed them early the next morning to let them know that i would take them up on that offer and told them when I'd be coming in. When I got there the next day, I was told that I could no longer do the 24 hour test drive because there was some at one of their other dealerships waiting to test drive the car. I either had to purchase the car or take my chances on the other person not buying it. I wasn't happy about this - it seemed shady and dishonest, but it appeared to be their company policy. I ended up buying the car rather than take my chance, and while the process took a long time, everyone was polite and they did work to get me a great APR with a credit union rather than a bank (which I was adamant about). I enjoyed working with DC and Ali and other people came by during the process to meet me and talk to me while I waited. They seem like a nice group of people and I ended up leaving happy despite the circumstances. More
