My son was in the market for an SUV. He visited Easterns after canvassing several other dealerships for a vehicle that would not only fit into his budget, but also accommodate his family. Mr. Ward impressed my son, not only with his intuitive ability to ascertain the need, assess the financial situation, and determine how to get to the goal; but also with his spiritual sensibilities. Based on Mr. Ward’s professional, calm, and spiritual demeanor, they immediately clicked. There was no pressure and no urgency. My son did not immediately purchase the vehicle, but elicited my advice. Later that evening we visited the dealership, with the family in tow, test drove the vehicle and decided to make the purchase. After securing all financial data from both of us, several financing options were presented; including sole financing and joint ownership. Although I had no intention of becoming the co-borrower/co-owner on this purchase, we chose the latter, based on the figures presented by Mr. Ward, as the best option in these financial times.
