The Eastside Subaru staff, and especially Mark DesHarnais, were helpful, polite and there was no high pressure. We talked about what I was looking for, Mark gave me the keys and I drove around for an hour. When I came back we talked about which model I wanted and having been on the internet, I already knew what I would pay. There was no salesperson running back and forth to the finance department.
