I was shopping for a 2021 Crosstrek, which is impossible to get given the extremely low inventory across the board. While the response from other dealers was "wait, we'll call you when we get one", Eastside to get given the extremely low inventory across the board. Parts we were told were there, were not. Staff seemed disorganized. Told it would take a day took three, keeping our car over long weekend.
