I was reluctant to trade in my current vehicle as I thought I could do better on the open market, but we came together on price after he showed me the tax savings I would gain with the trade-in. Everyone was so friendly. One of their employees showed me around pointing out the bathrooms, check-in for service, lounge and even helped me with the complementary coffee machine.
