I had my vans rotors replaced about 11 months ago by this dealership and they recommended replacement again during last appointment. Did not guarantee their labor or parts. Additionally, recommended CV boot dealership and they recommended replacement again during last appointment. Did not guarantee their labor or parts. Additionally, recommended CV boot repair during my last maintenance and we didn’t do it and then during this most recent appointment didn’t mention the boot needing to be replaced but instead mentioned other parts needing to be replaced. Seems dishonest and inconsistent in recommendations More

Terrible follow-up. Made it clear I needed my truck back in the morning. Didn't get it back until almost 2:00 in the afternoon. I had an awful experience here another time and said I'd never be back. Made the mistake of giving it another try because it's the closest Ram dealership to me. I'll drive nearly anywhere else before I try it again. More
