The purchase of the car took over 5 hours to complete. I was unable to drive the car for over a month and a half due to the depression this caused me. Never again would I ever purchase from this dealership again. More

I came in for a scheduled appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Also to start an extended warranty claim for door dent & windshield crack.
