Your service department more than tripled the cost of parts and didn't address the issue. Instead they replaced other parts and didn't address the issue I brought it in with. Absolutely unacceptable the amount of price gouging your service team and writer practice. All platforms will get a review with data supporting this visit. Unless there us something your team is willing to compensate for this experience. Absolutely the single worst mechanic visit I've experienced in my 37 years. More

had to wait over a week for the apt so the part would be there to replace for my recall. dropped it off on the day of the apt, and the work couldn’t be done because the part wasn’t even there. was then told there to replace for my recall. dropped it off on the day of the apt, and the work couldn’t be done because the part wasn’t even there. was then told it would be done the next morning. was then told at 1030am the next day it would be done in 2hrs. it didn’t get finished until almost 4pm, and then they tried to charge me double. i had to point out that’s not what i signed off on, then the price was corrected but i still had to pay $5 more then what was quoted. this was my very first experience here and a trial run to see how my wife and i liked it since we’re looking at selling 2 vehicles and purchasing 2 new vehicles. we will absolutely never be coming back.
