I will never go back to this dealership again. It took 3 days to do the service on my car, which should have took 1 day. Their communication about my repairs was terrible. Allix was great. Her communication was perfect. The speed in which the tech worked on my truck was great. Going on vacation is supposed to be a time to get rid of str Her communication was perfect. Being a mechanic myself it sucks when your own vehicle breaks down or has issues. It worse when youre on vacation and hundreds of miles from your tools and toolbox. I had called several other places just to be told next week or two weeks just to look at it. Your service department was able to tell me what was wrong with it in maybe 2 hours. Did you have the part no but you could have it next morning and have us rolling on. You helped save our vacation and did it quick. If I lived here I would be back and would refer people to your shop.
