The second person who checked us out (we paid via cashiers check) was even less communicative - told us nothing about what we were signing, or the process and barely spoke at all - once we signed everything, he literally stood up and walked off without saying a word. We waited 2.5 hours after they said it would take 25 minutes. No one even said sorry about the wait, etc. until 2 hour in. More
