Great car, great dealership ! Matt Pollock was incredibly helpful. I've been looking for a recent-vintage stick-shift BMW for 5 months -- not a common car. Matt kept looking, even Matt Pollock was incredibly helpful. I've been looking for a recent-vintage stick-shift BMW for 5 months -- not a common car. Matt kept looking, even after the first one he found wasn't quite right. When the right car finally came along after a 2-month hiatus, he notified me and hung in there through a six-day process of test drive, thinking about it, getting the car to my long-time mechanic for a look (and dealing with a minor BMW recall in between, so the car wasn't on the lot when it was to be taken to the mechanic, but was at the local BMW dealer for a minor part upgrade -- Matt arranged to get it from BMW to my mechanic and back to CarBiz without any hassle to me), consulting with CarBiz' Repair Service Manager and looping me in personally to inspect a few items that had been questioned (no problem, and if there had been I have every confidence they would have been fixed), and, finally, staying an hour and a half after closing time to make sure the financing went through and to wave me out the back gate as we drove away.
