Thrilled with Carbiz I wasn't planning to purchase a car right away but I received a financing offer from my credit card company to work with Carbiz. Initially skeptical, I wasn't planning to purchase a car right away but I received a financing offer from my credit card company to work with Carbiz. Initially skeptical, I began looking at the online inventory. While I was browsing, I received a call from Jason Jacovsky who was very cordial and professional from the outset. When I asked him to work with my husband, he called him right away to discuss our needs. When I stopped by on a busy Saturday afternoon to view my chosen vehicle in person, Jason made himself available immediately for a test drive. We were unable to complete the purchase that day but Jason worked with us throughout the week to make sure we were approved and happy. When we arrived a few days later to finalize the deal, Jason had fallen ill and was STILL completely cordial and professional while directing us to his colleague, Danielle Miller to finish the deal. And what can I say about Myron? He provided the most enjoyable paper-signing experience with his winning personality and comic relief. My visit was epic I can in May 2014 to make a purchase on a 2010 Range Rover but the number wasn't what I wanted. Great! It was the first car that I've bought in the states coming from overseas myself, and my first experience at a car dealer. I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. It took me a while to find the time to come and test drive the car I wanted and Matt was very patient and not pushy at all. He also came to pick me up from the train station on a rainy Monday when I finally found the time to come and test drive the car. Throughout the whole process everyone was very helpful and friendly in answering all my ignorant questions. I think the pricing for the car was very competitive compared to other dealers and so far I've been very happy with both the service and the car. I would definitely recommend Carbiz for anyone considering buying a car! More
