I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WAS RUNNING LATE DUE TO MAKING A WRONG TURN. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND A VERY NICE LADY GAVE ME DIRECTIONS. THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP WAS EXTREMELY BUSY BUT EVERYONE MAINTAINED THEIR POLITENESS. NOBODY WAS IN A BAD MOOD. MY BROTHER WAS WITH ME SO I WOULDN'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BUT IT WASN'T NECESSARY BECAUSE THEY WERE COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY HAD THE CARFAX ON THE VEHICLE AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY, THEY FOUND THE TIME TO CHAT ABOUT OTHER TOPICS. THEY MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND APPRECIATED OUR STOPPING BY. MATT POLLOCK WAS THE GENTLEMAN THAT HANDLED THE SALE AND HE WAS SUCH A NICE PERSON. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND HE MADE EVERYTHING GO EASILY. The experience I had with Carbiz is by far the best experience I have encountered with a car dealership. For the last 15 plus years I have simply out-right bought a car, due to the experiences I have experience I have encountered with a car dealership. The professional and courteous manner in which Martin Iliev and Myron Boyd handled my difficult situation, has certainly made me think differently about financing a car. I hope that I will have my 2011 Chevy Impala for many years to come, if ever I need to purchase/finance another vehicle, it will be with Carbiz and Carbiz only. I have already told all my family and friends about the exceptional experience I have had with Carbiz and have strongly suggested if they need to purchase a vehicle, they need to give Carbiz a shot. I have been under an extreme amount of stress of late, due to Pimlico opening for Live track and extreme deadlines, the worse thing that could happen, happened when someone hit my car and totaled it. Transportation to work, during this time of year is essential to me and in a matter of just a few hours, literally, I drove off with my 2011 Chevy Impala. (arriving at 12:30pm and drove away with my newly purchased car at 3:30pm.) There was not a minute while conducting this transaction, did I feel ignored or like a 2nd class citizen. Martin Iliev was friendly and confident and handled my application efficiently and with a smile at all times. Myron Boyd handled the finance paperwork and was thorough in his presentation and very personable. Who could ask for a better team of people.... Not I. Two giant thumbs up to Carbiz and there team!! Stuart Cushing was my salesperson. He quickly greeted me, found a vehicle in my price range and sealed the deal for financing. This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I left feeling happy and very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Carbiz dealership! More
