So, after that car was unfortunately totaled in an accident, the first (and, it turns out, ONLY) place I went to look for a new car was Carbiz. Javier Cuellar was the salesman who helped me find the new car for me, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant. I had taken my mother along, and after we had left, after finding my new car, my mother, whom has gone through the process of buying cars many times, even remarked that "that was a first rate experience"! I would definitely recommend Carbiz, and salesman Javier Cuellar, for anyone looking to purchase a car in the Baltimore area. The finance department was awesome as well. Everyone really worked with me to help me walk out the door with a car. Myron's humor made the final financial (or as I like to call it - 'sign my life away') process pass quickly. He gave me great advice and helped me to make sure my car had the right amount of protection (extended warranty, gap coverage). I can truly say that Carbiz knows their business.
