I immediately said to her that I owned (no payments)my previous car I didn't see my self purchasing another vehicle, Shawnda had recently purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 350 from Carbiz and she was very happy with her car and spoke highly about her experience at Carbiz, Reisterstown Rd. She recommended me to Myron Boyd who was now a Finance Manager at Carbiz, Reisterstown Rd. From the moment I walked in the door, the customer service, professionalism, and friendly atmospher eased my anxiety. Myron was more than happy to provide me with his colleagues' name and told me they would be happy to help me. I was introduced to Ray Allen (Sales Consultant), Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and was not pushy. I explained my situation and the type of car I was interested in. He provided a list of available vehicles on the lot and also explained the application process. I respect and appreciate that he stayed in my price range- he didn't try to sell me a car more than what I could afford or approve for. I have to say that I have never met a more laid-back, honest, hard working salesman like Ray. He really busted his butt to make the entire experience go smoothly- and he did it! At first, I faced credit issues which I didn't get the car I wanted. Ray and the finance team work deligently with the financial institution to get me a deal. Ray kept me updated by phone, and email. Finally a deal happened, I was happy even though I had to make some changes. The car I hoped to purchase was sold, Ray offered to show me something else in my price range. The car was a year newer, and better Carfax explanation. Ray explained the Carfax and I was very happy with the car he sold me, (2007 328i BMW Moracan Blue with beige interior). Myron Boyd, from finance, helped me with the financial paperwork, he was very detail explaining my contract with the lender, he was thourough on the financial aspect of the sale, our time was not wasted waiting. He was very humerous, people person and made the process "EASY" (inside joke).Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire car buying process It was a good experience overall.
