Carbiz was a great place to do business - I was able to conduct all my research online and then because they happened to be local I was able to see the vehicle in person prior to the sale. Once we agreed to the terms in principle, they gave me a loaner so I could take my wife to lunch while they detailed the new car (and I didn't have to sign all sorts of disclaimers for the loaner; they just gave me the keys and made a solid recommendation for grub). Because I came in a couple hours earlier than scheduled my initial sales person was unavailable but all info was easily accessed by another agent who did not miss a beat. Finalized the deal directly with the sales manager without all the hassles of haggling over price. More
