The Toyota tool kit and Navigation System manual were missing so Matt, our salesman, ordered new ones for us without hesitation. The paperwork was completed in short order, compared to other experiences we've had, and we were out of there with our car in about 2 hours total, including the test drive. We were a bit surprised, but quite happy, that we were able to take the car the same day after paying with just a personal check. Even with our good credit rating, we've had to come back another day with a cashier's check to retrieve the car at other dealers from whom we've bought used cars. More

Purchase of 2009 Volvo C70 I was referred to Carbiz by my boss and I'm glad I went. I did not feel pressured at any time to make a decision and although I went in with a particular model in mind they did not get irritated when I changed my mind after seeing all the options they had on the lot. Dani was prepared to answer all my questions and there were plenty of others to ask as well. My past experience with financing a car has been nothing short of a nightmare with all the waiting and that feeling of pressure to get you to add this and that at the final signing. Myron from the financial dept. was super organized with my paperwork and the process went faster than I expected.
