Met Hannah on Saturday and she was very kind and help me with the initial processes and got me a wonderful quote on our current car for trade-in. Despite purchasing a car back in December, it has taken until now, in March, to receive the necessary paperwork to obtain my plates. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It is concerning that such poor communication and service have been provided, particularly considering that the vehicle was not financed. I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency from your establishment. As a result of this experience, I am compelled to reconsider future business dealings with your branch and will explore alternative options moving forward.
