Best Car Buying Experience since Saturn We looked on line, found the car we were looking for with very low miles in perfect condition for a very good price. We called Joshua who told us that they have low prices because they take no personal checks, but only cash, Cashier’s checks or financing. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and after the insurance company paid us for our totaled car, we needed to get money together from 3 banks because we wanted to pay cash. Since they sell more than 40 cars a day, we were afraid it would be gone by the time we got cashiers checks from each bank, so we decided to finance for a month and pay off our car quickly. Joshua could have really pushed us to get all the extras warranties but he knew we wanted to pay cash so obviously wanted to be thrifty. He offered the extra warranty but we never felt pushed to do anything we did not want to do. We got financing set up so he could make sure the car would still be there. We drove in and within a few minutes were test driving the car. Within a couple hours we are on our way... with a car with less than 13000 miles on it , under market price,and it still smells new. We always hated car buying because of the games dealers played until we bought our first Saturn. Now that Saturn is gone, we have found THE PLACE to go for quality cars without any hassle. Josh Lopez took some information and by the time I got there the lion's share of work was finished. Walked in and immediately took the car for a spin. He was just great to work with; didn't feel like I was taken advantage as I have so many times in the past. There is no doubt where my next (and next after that) car is coming from. I called them looking for my old salesman. He was no longer with company, but Charles McCormick answered the phone and asked if he could have the opportunity to earn my business. My deal was going to be tricky as my son was building his credit and it was important to me that he be the primary on the deal and I was going to be the co-signed, but I had just come out of a bad credit situation. Charles gave me his word he would do everything in his power to find acceptable financing. I knew our situation was tough, BUT HE DID IT. It took him hour haggling and making calls with his manager, but HE DID IT. We drove home the next day in my son's first car purchase and only put $500 down. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. gave me a text number and email I could ask question to and send documents to, so that when I arrived he had everything he needed. When I arrived the dealer at the appointed time they were already with the key waiting for me for the test drive. I was able to drive the car as much as I needed. After I came back Jeremy asked if I liked and if I wanted to buy the car. No pressure, not pushy. I was happy with the test drive and proceeded to close the deal. It just not went faster because I needed to raise the daily limit on my card, I forgot to do it before, totally my fault. For my next car purchases I'll be for sure coming back to Drivers Select.
