A game of cat and mouse This was my first car buying experience and It was somewhat smooth until I was waiting 4-6 weeks for my plates and registration that never got mailed This was my first car buying experience and It was somewhat smooth until I was waiting 4-6 weeks for my plates and registration that never got mailed out to me. I called my salesman Raymond and I was being told to just wait another week because I had not reached 6 weeks yet. Finally after numerous calls were placed to speak with those in charge of registering my purchased vehicle, I was told by Kyle that something went wrong with the processing of my registration and that I need to wait another 4-6 weeks. After letting him know that my temp tag is about to expire on Tuesday, he tells me it should be ok for me to pick up a extended tag over the weekend. Once I drove back to the dealership I was told I could not get an extended temp tag and that Valena would take care of me on Monday. It made no sense that I could not get a tag over the weekend when cars were being sold on the weekend. I thought I was getting a smooth car buying experience without the hassle but looks like driversselect is just like any other car dealership. More
