Impressed to Say the Least We were looking for a used Subaru Impreza (very hard to find the specific type we were looking for) and we saw that Driver's Select had one available. I called their number from the website this is where the exceptional service started. The person who answered (I believe his name was Mike) found all the information I needed and made sure the car was still there. He then gave Jeff my information so we could set up the appointment and make sure the car was there for a test drive. This is where I'm most impressed with both DS and Jeff: my experience BEFORE I ever even saw the car, dealership, or Jeff. He was insanely busy all day yet had extremely effective communication with what I should be expecting and even gave me the "out-the-door" numbers on the car (TT&L). He answered all the questions I had and was willing to text and call (I have crappy reception in my office) about anything I needed. I've been through the car buying experience with several dealerships and several different people and this is absolutely the most streamlined experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. The price of the car was definitely the main reason we were interested in the first place. According to several websites, the value (with TT&L) was about $1,000 to $2,100 lower than the average price. I enjoy haggling and getting a good deal, but that price was quite impressive to say the least (not that you can haggle at DS anyway). We were very happy with the quality and condition of the almost new car and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Summary: Fantastic communication with Jeff the sales guy, amazing price for the car, would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Jeff :) More

Great Car Buying Experience The experience at Driversselect was not like other car buying experiences I have had. No haggle pricing, and many, many new model, low mileage cars. The experience at Driversselect was not like other car buying experiences I have had. No haggle pricing, and many, many new model, low mileage cars. They let me drive several since I was not sure what I wanted. No pressure during any of the drives. The no-haggle pricing is perfect. There is no need to haggle on the price. I looked up pricing on AutoTrader and Cars.com for every car we looked at, and Driversselect was less expensive on every one of them - about $5,000 less on the $28,000 car we eventually bought. I will go there first for every car I buy in the future. I really can't recommend it enough. Eladio was great. I will do business with him again. More
