Everything was explained thoroughly and each and every step was with great detail. Before I even showed up to the dealership all the paperwork was handled prior to me arriving. I had an appointment to see the car and when I got there it was clean and washed and full of gas and let me test drive and even asked if I was familiar with the area before I left. At no point was I ever pressured to buy the car throughout the process I was always given an out if I did not want to purchase the vehicle. I was ensured that it would take an hour from start to end and true to his word I was driving away in my vehicle in less than an hour. I will buy another vehicle from them the next time I need a vehicle and never go to any other dealership again! The vehicle I was looking for during my search by far this dealership had the best price and quality of any other place in the DFW area. More

Great experience My experience was awesome, I decided to see the vehicle I was interested in first before I filled out the application. I walked in and told Dave (my salesman) which car I was interested in and they helped me right away. I had to wait about 25 min because the vehicle was in another location (my fault for not filling out online application) once the vehicle arrived I was able to test drive it all went well, I was also given a fair trade-in amount for my old vehicle. I was in and out about 2hrs. After driving in the 1st vehicle for an extended time I realized it was a bit "tight fit" for me and knees started acting up. I saw a larger vehicle on their site and told them of my situation and asked if I could trade it in for that vehicle, I was told they don't do that but since I contacted them the next day they agreed to. the transfer was worked out and Ive been happy in the new vehicle. the sales team @ DS has always reached out to me to ensure all my concerns were addressed throughout the whole process. I would and have recommend to others. More

Few things I dislike more than having to shop for cars. I went to my financial institution who stated I can save an extra .5% interest if I use their dealer, Driversselect.com so I thought, why not give it a shot, have nothing to lose. I went on line and saw a large number of vehicles to choose from, all within my expectations (1-2 years old) and I didn't really need a lot of bells and whistles but nice, usable features. I found the vehicle we were looking for, a 2015 Camry XSE and I reached out asking for assistance and Gene Kakoma was quick to respond and we talked a few times about my request and he helped me settle on the vehicle. What I like most about this is I'm not having to go back and forth with a sales manager to "bargain" the pricing. I'm not getting sold something I don't need because the salesman is getting a special incentive to sell it. I'm getting precisely what I need, and want at a fair price with everything put up front, no hidden fees, special contracts, etc., all at face value - this is what car buying should be. Gene is awesome, I'm sure they're all great there but kudos to Gene for his support, follow-up and follow-through, he's been great to work with. I also have to hand it to their office team as they were extremely friendly and easy to work with as well! Anyone looking for a new vehicle, start here, you won't be disappointed! More
