I was connected to Jeff Palmer who, right away, seemed very affable and genuinely concerned with my reason for calling. He listened attentively as I explained my mother’s situation and, after I conferenced her in, he was very respectful and thorough when explaining the process to determine what options were available to her. We realized the resolution options we initially had in mind were not feasible; however, Jeff not only remained upbeat and positive, he proved solution-oriented. He didn’t quickly disconnect the call and clear the line in hopes of a better situated prospect, but instead, he remained on the call and begin to think outside of the box and suggest alternative ways she could secure more dependable transportation that she hadn’t previously considered. Of course, this meant a lot to my mother and I. Interestingly enough, I ended up working with Jeff to purchase a car as I’d been looking to replace my previous car which I’d had for 11 years. I initially had a mind to put it off, but with driversselect’s awesome inventory and prices and the superb customer service Jeff exhibited with my mom, I decided to move forward and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I now am the owner of an absolutely gorgeous car that’s everything that I wanted and more and the process to obtain it was SO incredibly easy. Jeff was very professional throughout the entire process, kept me updated every step of the way and ensured the buying process was as efficient as possible.
