Few things I dislike more than having to shop for cars. I went to my financial institution who stated I can save an extra .5% interest if I use their dealer, Driversselect.com so I thought, why not give it a shot, have nothing to lose. I went on line and saw a large number of vehicles to choose from, all within my expectations (1-2 years old) and I didn't really need a lot of bells and whistles but nice, usable features. I found the vehicle we were looking for, a 2015 Camry XSE and I reached out asking for assistance and Gene Kakoma was quick to respond and we talked a few times about my request and he helped me settle on the vehicle. What I like most about this is I'm not having to go back and forth with a sales manager to "bargain" the pricing. I'm not getting sold something I don't need because the salesman is getting a special incentive to sell it. I'm getting precisely what I need, and want at a fair price with everything put up front, no hidden fees, special contracts, etc., all at face value - this is what car buying should be. Gene is awesome, I'm sure they're all great there but kudos to Gene for his support, follow-up and follow-through, he's been great to work with. I also have to hand it to their office team as they were extremely friendly and easy to work with as well! Anyone looking for a new vehicle, start here, you won't be disappointed! More

Easiest car buying experience by far Jeff was amazing to deal with. I drove from Austin to buy from DriversSelect and it was worth the time. I got car in excellent condition that was only a year old at a price cheaper than many 2-3 year olds available at other dealers. I was in and out from there within an hour. I like that it was no-haggle pricing. Everytime I haggle for car price, I am never satisfied with the deal. Driverselect will be on top of my list to check next time I need to buy a car. More

We went to anot her dealership right before we went to drivers select and I was really set on a vehicle I saw at the other dealership after spending 2 We went to anot her dealership right before we went to drivers select and I was really set on a vehicle I saw at the other dealership after spending 2 hours just trying to negotiate my husband talked me into going to driver's select. I told the salesman I would be back. When we got to drivers select everybody was busy but one of the guys went upstairs to find someone to help us he told us we'd be better off making an appointment and coming back. However, before we walked out Jeff Jewel ran out greeted us and it looked as though he might have been in the middle of lunch but he still came out to help us. He talked to us about the process and before we new it he even had a car we liked driven over from another location we took two vehicles on test drives and I totally loved the one he had driven over from another location. Jeff was super helpfully friendly and made us feel as though we had known him for years. He stayed late getting us all set he even text me the next day asking how I enjoyed my first day with my new car. I would completly recommend drivers select to family and friends and would have them make an appointment with Jeff. My mom is thinking about going to get a car from him as well and who knows I may tag along so Jeff can give me more snacks and drinks then I need but totally ate. More

Best car buying experience ever!! Wow!! My sister and I have both been looking for the perfect vehicle! We went to driversselect.on a very busy Saturday to look at vehicles we saw on Wow!! My sister and I have both been looking for the perfect vehicle! We went to driversselect.on a very busy Saturday to look at vehicles we saw online. We happened to run into Vance, who was able to first tell us about financing our vehicles and he introduced us to Randon. Randon did an awesome job of helping us find the cars of our dreams. He was very knowledgeable about the Buick vehicles we were looking at. He was willing to spend as long as we needed in finding our cars. We went home that night and discussed these vehicles with our families and over the next few days Randon kept in contact with us and answered all of our (and our families) questions. He didn't mind us contacting him anytime...even on his days off!! He was so helpful! On Wednesday we both went back to Dallas and purchased our vehicles!! In fact, he was giving me all the pluses on the smaller-size car. We ended up going with the full-size car. I had an exceptional experience with Mr. Jeff Palmer and Drivers Select. And one more thing to add, make an appointment because they do have a lot of people coming in to buy from them, and now I see why! I came in without an appointment and was still accommodated timely.
