The majority of the process was done over the phone. Antwon called back with good news of course. ?? All we had to do when arriving to the dealership is sign papers and leave in the car we chose. Our salesmen Antwon was awesome! He was very hospitable and answered all the question we had in detail. Second chances I didn't have perfect credit and was denied for the same car at a Chevrolet dealership. I googled the car I was looking for and DS had the one I wanted, I called for info and ended up doing the financing over the phone and within a couple of hours with no haggle at all, I was told to come pick up my new car. They got my payments exactly where I needed on the first try. I even got dinner on them because I had to wait for a short time when I got to the dealership because my salesman was busy. LOVE THIS PLACE! More

So Very Very Very Sad and Disappointed I am not telling you not to go to driver's select because I have only heard excellent things about them, what I experienced however was the worst expe I am not telling you not to go to driver's select because I have only heard excellent things about them, what I experienced however was the worst experience I have been through. I came into driver's select on N W highway last week. At first everything seemed to be going really well. The staff was friendly. I test drove a vehicle which I later decided was not for me. There was no pressure there, Jeff sent me a list of vehicles I may be interested in. The next day I reviewed the list and saw that they would be receiving a vehicle that interested me. Everything good so far! I came in and put down a deposit, brave move having seen only 3 pictures, but it was fully refundable so that was ok. So the day finally comes when I am supposed to get and finally see my vehicle for the first time, having already put a deposit down in order to ensure that it would not be sold from underneath me (that would be a nightmare!). The miscommunication is definitely the biggest factor I had coming in that day. I was told before that it would be ready at 9AM then it was pushed back to 4:30PM. So I speak with my rep Jeff all day long excited to finally see my car! He tells me everything is going as planned and 4:30PM I should be able to get out within an hour as all of the back office work (underwriting, finance, etc) had been handled already. I get dropped off at driver's select five minutes before 4:30PM ready to walk out as soon as I'm done seeing the vehicle and signing the required paperwork. But to my surprise, I'm told that my vehicle was just scratched and would need to be worked on all evening at the very least before I would see or get it. He tells me I know you feel like you have been getting the run around. That's not even the half of how I feel! So now I sit here, with no car, upset, and highly disappointed. The opposite of how you should feel when buying a new vehicle. So yet another day and valuable time wasted at driver's select. This is definitely a "why me?" moment. More
