A business operating without core values is simply an obsolete infrastructure. Specifically, Joahua's transparency projected the most. He kept me apprised of every step throughout the process--no matter how miniscule. Walking into the dealership, I was eager to meet Joshua and looked forward to seeing the values boasted in the facility. Although I didn't see the values, I was appeased when I saw the values exhibited through Joshua. The Lord makes no mistakes. I had been looking for a car sent my info around to a lot of places and by far Kevin with Driver Select was the best. Mr. Kakoma, kept in timely communication, requested documents needed to complete the financing, was trustworthy and honest throughtout the whole process mind you all by phone. Once financing was approve and my husband and I went to sign documents and met Mr. Kakoma in person his qualities mentioned stayed true. Mr. Kakoma is effecting and making a difference in families beyond his knowledge. With the approval of my application Mr. Kakoma hard work and driven desire to bring customer satification as we were in need of this vehicle (Dodge Grand Caravan) bought joy to our children. We currently have custody of our 2 grandchildren ages (4mos - 1yr), we ourselve have a 13yr old down syndrom son by the way who is over joyed, not to mention a 12 yr old daughter in sports (soccer & softball). My husband and I were contacted by Zac on 3/17/2014. I am very pleased to say Zac got the job done. He called me early the morning of the 18th and told me he found me a car and he had all the paperwork approved and done! He told me the additional paperwork we would need to bring in for us to finalize all the paperwork and sign our contracts. We brought all the additional paperwork and were in and out in less than an hour with our new 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. I must say this company will always get my business from here on out! They are very easy to work with and very friendly. They treat you like a person and not a check.
