Echo Park went above and beyond in customer service with my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not in my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not installed correctly, when a sensor popped out Park Place refused warranty service citing it was not installed correctly. I called echo park and asked them what could be done.. AJ stepped up and said he would make it right and he did!!! I had to get home for the holidays and needed my car fixed fast. AJ got my car back up to standard and washed and detailed it super nice! I would be remiss if I do not give a shout out to Lilia Galindo my original sales rep that helped coordinate the repairs and help sell me the challenger I purchased for my son this year too! Echo park is amazing! This is how car purchases should be! I live echo park! More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from EchoPark Auto Dallas. My wife and I live in the San Antonio area so a lot of the early communication was done via phone. All said and done, this could have easily been a 5 star review for the dealership had they followed through with promises made over the phone. Cons - At times, I had difficulty getting ahold of the proper sales associate. The associate would have a day off and fail to tell me, then I would receive no response to my texts/calls - We are financing a small portion of our purchase. EchoPark will only work with credit unions if they will cut a cashiers check upfront.... in other words, more than likely you will have to utilize their bank network for financing which means they control everything. - I was promised a specific interest rate by one of the sales associates (Mo). Upon arriving, after putting down a $500 (non refundable) deposit and booking a flight and Uber ($260) into the dealership to purchase the vehicle and drive home, I was told I was getting a rate that was a full point (1%) higher than originally promised to me. I was livid. They had me there hook, line, and sinker after spending my own money on a deposit and travel. They gave me no other options... it was either walk away and eat the cost of travel and deposit, or move forward with their inflated rate. Ultimately I decided it did not make sense to walk away and purchased the vehicle. - Overall, bad business practices by the dealership and associates. I felt lied to and that they did what they needed to do in order to get the sale, then switch things up on me at the last minute after I had financially committed. Pros - solid pricing on solid vehicles. We are very happy with our vehicle so far and were also happy with the sales price (why we chose to fly to Dallas to purchase). - Paul, the sales manager that had to get involved, was very apologetic, transparent, and nice. Although he did not resolve the issue and make it right, he was pleasant to work with. More

Purchased four cars here. Last one for my 86 year old father on August 16th 2023 (lexus es 350). Happy with the car and price. The dealership misspelled a name on the title.
