Honestly, I hesitated to leave any stars due to the poor experience we are enduring. Christy Banks, our salesperson, neglected to disclose crucial details about the return policy, leaving us unprepared and frustrated. Subsequent inspections revealed an oil leak, noisy CV axles, and undisclosed issues with suspension control arms. Communication with Echopark of Dallas has been ongoing for three days without a satisfactory resolution, and the lack of proactive involvement from management adds to the frustration. We spent the entire day at the Echopark Houston Texas location, where we were informed that nothing could be done until Dallas Texas corresponded back. Melissa, from the GLC department at the Houston Texas location, mentioned we are essentially sitting ducks, and I refused to wait, especially after already being approved for the car and putting down our payment. We expected a car that didn't require repairs days after our purchase date. However, the GM, Christy Rogers, has not personally reached out to us directly to assure us that this concern is being addressed. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. This unfortunate experience has not only disrupted birthday plans but also left us emotionally and financially affected. A fair and compassionate resolution is yet to be achieved.
