Mark lied to my daughter about her credit score without even checking it first, because her main credit card is Discover and said that doesn't "count" when building credit. He did this to try to push her into buying a more expensive car saying that her APR on something more expensive would be 18% instead of 24%. My daughter ended up in tears thinking that all her years of trying to build great credit were in vain and she'd never be able to afford to buy a car. We left upset and angry without even seeing any cars. Today two different dealerships pre-approved her with an APR of 7.5 and she now has the car of her dreams. EchoPark lost a sale due to Mark's lies. More
