EchoPark did a great job of having the truck ready for us when we got there. The process was not fast which would have lowered my rating, but Rami our salesperson was amazing. The process took FOREVER, We weren’t the only ones in the waiting room saying the same thing. Our salesman’s was newer and he did a good job but We didn’t have a good experience with the manager Eric. I am waiting room saying the same thing. Our salesman’s was newer and he did a good job but We didn’t have a good experience with the manager Eric. I am in sales and felt as if he was trying to pull something over on us. .when we were talking about financing he kept telling me IF I could get the rate from my bank when in fact We knew we could get that rate. When we got the paperwork they had added every extra item possible into the contract and then started with showing us the payment only, I had to ask what the charges were and then we were shown the total price but again had to ask how the price had gotten from $31,000 to $40,000. Eric then started saying that they just want us to have the best buying experience. It felt sneaky. I have ignored emails asking me to rate the experience and I have ignored them because i don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I have to be honest my husband and I have both agreed we will never buy a car from there again. More
