While we did get to go home with a nice car at a nice price, our experience was soured by how Mark, the salesman, blatantly tried to rip us off on our way out with $3000 worth of hidden fees. He made us wait seven hours for the whole car purchase process, and it wasn’t until after I let him know that I had to be at work that night that he magically came out with papers, and my wife and I were rushed to look through them. Thankfully, we noticed the hidden fees, but only after we had to ask for an itemized receipt several times. We chose to go to Echo Park because it boasts a simple price and a speedy purchase process, but unfortunately, it did not live up to those expectations and instead attempted to swindle us out of thousands of dollars.
