I had a very disappointing experience at EchoPark in Chesterfield. It took much longer than expected just to speak with a salesperson and test drive a vehicle. I didn’t come to sit around drinking coffe Chesterfield. It took much longer than expected just to speak with a salesperson and test drive a vehicle. I didn’t come to sit around drinking coffee and watching infomercials for 20 minutes before anyone was available to help. Once I did get a salesperson, he was clearly juggling multiple deals at the same time, so I never felt like I had his full attention. The first thing he told us was that they only use their own lenders, which was the first red flag. The vehicle I looked at also had noticeable hail damage, scratches, and what appeared to be a poor paint repair that seemed intended to hide the damage. The biggest issue was my trade-in. I was offered only $16,000 because I was told my vehicle was throwing diagnostic codes. That didn’t seem right, so I had the codes checked within minutes of leaving the dealership, and there were no codes present besides an oil change due soon. I then had my vehicle appraised by two other dealerships, and both offered me $21,000 for the same vehicle. Based on that, I felt the trade-in offer was far below its actual value. We also asked if they were firm on their vehicles’ prices- since that the one I looked at had damage. We were told the prices were firm. Overall, I left feeling like my time wasn’t respected and that I wasn’t treated fairly. I would recommend getting multiple trade-in appraisals before accepting an offer here. From other reviews, I see that they lure you in with lower-priced vehicles, and tack on multiple unnecessary “add-ons”. 0/10 recommend. More

Came into the dealership unsure about what I wanted. I worked with Brian, and had the best experience. He wasn’t the stereotypical “car salesman,” he was informative, very polite and helpful, and most I worked with Brian, and had the best experience. He wasn’t the stereotypical “car salesman,” he was informative, very polite and helpful, and most importantly made the whole process of buying a car, (which I typically dread), a great one! I couldn’t recommend a better experience and representative for a dealership than Brian. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market.
