I have to say I was dreading having to go to a dealership. But, this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car from a dealership. First time I have ever had a sales rep. (Omar) c dealership. But, this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car from a dealership. First time I have ever had a sales rep. (Omar) contact me a couple of days after purchase to make sure I am happy, and to ask if I had any questions. I did have questions, and within a reasonable time he answered them. This was the first time I shopped here but not the last if this stays the work model. Everyone at this dealership I encountered was super friendly and asked if I was being helped or needed anything. Also, I have never seen a car dealership so busy. I couldn't believe the amount of people buying cars and yet everyone seemed happy. Great car, great price, great experience. Thanks Omar and thank you Echo Park. More
