After my wife bought her car at EchoPark, when the time came for me to look for a new one, this was the natural option for me. The online inventory made finding a car quick and convenient. I was able to go came for me to look for a new one, this was the natural option for me. The online inventory made finding a car quick and convenient. I was able to go in to the dealership with some ideas in mind, and Kevin was able to help me find some more. Kevin also took the time to explain everything to me in excruciating detail, which i greatly appreciated as a first time car financer. I was a bit disappointed that i couldn't use my personal bank's financing, but that is a reflection of my bank's policies, not EchoPark. I'm still glad that i went through the pre-approval process first, as Kevin was able to leverage that to help get me a better rate. All in all, i highly recommend EchoPark, and will most likely use them again in the future for my next vehicle(s). More

Ethan was great & appreciative of our time. However the communication leading up to our arrival was not good. I wasn’t told it was a call center out of state, none of my calls were returned, th However the communication leading up to our arrival was not good. I wasn’t told it was a call center out of state, none of my calls were returned, therefore, when we arrived for my appointment I found my credit app hadn’t gone through, therefore whole point to save time as we drove from 4 hours away & had to drive back for our daughter to go to work was gone. 5 hours later we were done. The car was supposed to be washed, detailed on inside & gassed up. It was run through the car wash where we watched the gentleman yack on his phone & the car wasn’t cleaned on the inside nor was it gassed up. I would suggest vending machines and someone dedicated to keeping the fridge with cold water, as it was not. Also would suggest charging cubes at all the tables as our phones died. Having grown up in the car dealership industry, this was a much different experience for me. More
