We also finished the purchasing process with Sophia and she was very quick with picking up the process from where we left off and also very informative and helpful as we were pressed for time. The only reason it wasn’t a full 5-star experience was that on the initial day the process time was a bit long, but at the same time we came during a pretty busy time and John - who was helping at the time - was also juggling multiple parties, which is understandable. Overall I had a great experience working with Echopark in Thornton and Kevin my sales person. Their texting communication from the national call center and locally was seamless and easy. It was easy to get the test drive and purchase appointments scheduled. Also to get the financing paperwork started. I had been contacting dealerships locally and across the country to find the EV I wanted at a reasonable price. Echopark kept coming up with inventory at reasonable prices. Every independent dealer I contacted had some form of add on in addition to the advertised “sticker price”. I was enticed by the Echopark competitive, no hassle model. It turns out Echopark does have a similar business model and a 3rd party protection plan add on. That was a disappointment to discover when I arrived for the test drive and put me off from completing the purchase that evening. Their follow up and communication after was good and we were able to work through to get my purchase done. I arrived a few minutes late for my purchase appointment but Kevin had prepared all the paperwork ahead and Tyler helped to make the final process as efficient as possible. I chose not to add on any of the additional protection or gap coverage. Hopefully won’t regret that but feeling good about my decision to purchase from Echopark. More
