I am upset that I was offered the ozone treatment for my car when I noticed that it smelled strongly of the previous owner. I was told that the ozone would eliminate any smells existing in the car so I trus car when I noticed that it smelled strongly of the previous owner. I was told that the ozone would eliminate any smells existing in the car so I trusted the sales guy and I went ahead and purchased the car. I just got my car back from doing the ozone treatment and it smells like WET DOG/ SWEATY MAN. The dealership did not tell me that this would happen and instead leaves me a message to say that this is normal and that the Ozone treatment leaves a smell. Why are you offering a treatment for smell removal that actually makes the smell worse?! Very unimpressed with this dealership and their customer service, they were not truthful about the process... Will go back to Echopark. We bought a Audi Q5. Way better than a regular Audi dealership. Same car at Echopark listed 5k less than a Audi dealership. Would have given 5 stars if they would have come better than a regular Audi dealership. Same car at Echopark listed 5k less than a Audi dealership.
