That’s a funny statement. Your staff and store manager either definitely know what good service or support. Don’t believe me try to get through to the ACTUAL store. What you get is some person in some call center actors the country. They pretend to be there and meet you. They tell yes the cars there or some other information they don’t really know if it’s up to date true. This is not me making it up. Came from a sales coach. Whatever that is. Bottom line. They give themselves the best service and if you don’t like it “Give us a call” Hahahaha
