Service was good but this is the 3rd time I asked to replace the battery in my credit card key and they have not had it nor called me to say they are in. I also could not get an estimate on what it cost replace the battery in my credit card key and they have not had it nor called me to say they are in. I also could not get an estimate on what it costs. I am also very upset that I cannot use the automatic car starter unless I download an app that costs $15.00 (last year, maybe higher now) per month to use the hardware already bought and paid for in my truck. I have asked and other companies do not charge. Just a money grab More
