My 2019 Tacoma was brought in for oil and filter change and tire rotation. To the best of my knowledge the work was done adequately. But, they noticed that both front struts had broken springs (non-weari and tire rotation. To the best of my knowledge the work was done adequately. But, they noticed that both front struts had broken springs (non-wearing parts). They then checked with the extended warranty carrier and were told that they would not be covered. I’ve purchased several vehicles from this dealership and always included an extended warranty. I am unhappy with the dealership and the service department for not covering defective suspension components that clearly created safety issues. They should have insisted the coverage be handled even if they had to do it themselves. More
