So far, my first time experience here has been EXCELLENT! Unfortunately, the circumstances were horrible (previous car totaled in a wreck. Not my fault). Nevertheless, I was in need of a reliable vehicle. I Unfortunately, the circumstances were horrible (previous car totaled in a wreck. Not my fault). Nevertheless, I was in need of a reliable vehicle. I searched online and visited many places in a relatively short amount of time. Stumbled across the vehicle I was looking for, GMC suv, and the price seemed right. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad I followed through. I live in GA, so my ride was about 2.5 hours to this location. IT WAS WORTH IT! I discussed some of the details before taking the journey just to try and get as much info as I could before taking the trip. When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh. He was very friendly and seemed honest (most car salesman do when they are trying to make a sale). Josh did seem genuine though and I didn't get any red flags. After test driving, I was ready to crunch numbers, etc.,. Talked to the manager, Mike, who wasn't the most personable, but wasn't mean or anything. In other words, I could tell he was the guy who made the decisions and doesn't do much of the customer handling. Again, not bad or anything, but I knew his role. We eventually made a deal. I was really happy with the vehicle and it was in excellent condition. I could tell they took really good care in getting it prepped for sale. Most used vehicles aren't in this pristine condition. I did my regulars as far as checking under the hood, powering everything on to make sure it works, and assessing for leaks. I even connected my Bluedriver to see if there were any codes (If you don't know what this is, look it up on Youtube. Relatively inexpensive and can save you THOUSANDS). Not a single code! I was really surprised. The next day I noticed some pulsating from my brakes. I started having buyers remorse and didn't want to alert the wife. I contacted Josh about it and he reassured me they would get it taken care of. Unfortunately, I had to take that long drive again to have it looked at though. He stood by his word. They were able to find the issue and repair it at no cost or issue to me (rotors). On top of that, Josh made sure to even go the extra mile and replace the gas that it took me to travel. While it hasn't even been a month yet that I've had my vehicle, I'd definitely look to be back there really soon as I have teens looking to get on the road. Please tell Josh that we are grateful for the way he has handled things! More
