The car they sold my daughter, a navy veteran, has been nothing but horrible. She purchased in March and it started having trouble on her way back to the navy base. Very, very long story short- the car has been in the shop more than she has had it to drive costing her and us (her parents 2,000-3,000). And this is with an added warranty she purchased! The dealership just wants to wash their hands of her and the car- very unprofessional. They should have replaced the car and reimbursed us for the trouble. Still not even sure the car is reliable. So very disappointed- this is not how to treat customers. More
We did not enjoy our experience at this dealership. We ultimately decided not to buy due to their "mandatory" fees that added an additional $1,300 to the price of the car. Those fees included a permaplate for $699 and a protection package at $599 When we pushed back and said we were not agreeing to those fees, they said we had to as they were mandatory on all their vehicles. Additionally, they offered us only $1500 for a trade-in when 3 other dealerships offered us $4000-$6000. Also, no other dealership we visited attempted to charge us any "mandatory" fees like this. We are very happy we did not purchase from Economy Honda and feel. their practices are deceptive and are what give dealerships a bad reputation. More
