Like with the other two purchases, this experience was very positive as we felt like we ended up getting a fair deal and the overall process went smoothly and didn’t take all day (as we have experienced before at other dealers in the Chattanooga area). We test drove a vehicle, discussed and agreed on a price, negotiated trade-in, reached a deal, completed finance steps and drove off with the whole process lasting less than two and a half hours! Alex handled the sales part wonderfully and financing was a breeze with Michael - both of these guys were polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient to say the very least!
