My wife and I bought our second Honda from Catrelle with Michael handling the paperwork. The vehicle we wanted was sitting on the showroom floor. It had all the options we had decided on in advance and none of the “add-ons” we found at some dealers. Best of all, Economy Honda puts its asking price on a hang tag where it is clearly visible. Nothing was hidden and there were no surprises. We walked in looking for something specific and drove out with it in what felt like 30 minutes of “sit-down” time. Michael stayed late with us to get everything signed and Catrelle made a personal trip to our house to bring something we had left at the dealership. If all the above sounds like we work for the dealer or have some ulterior motive in this review, I’ll add the following detail. 1) We rarely buy vehicles - we can usually get 20 years of service from a new vehicle as long as it isn’t involved in an accident. 2) We shop around both locally and online. 3) We are familiar Honda’s offerings. Not experts by any stretch of the imagination but familiar enough to comprehend feature value vs cost. These details may contribute to the speed at which we got our deal done but just as easily make us picky, difficult and easily frustrated. Being a novice at the car buying process and having looked elsewhere at stickers full of dealer installed options, I was prepared to be frustrated. And then I chatted online with Jessica at Economy who got me hooked up with Catrelle and Michael. I didn’t have to meet Catrelle’s manager or assistant manager. We just did our deal and that was that. More
