Those two men are Fred in the Sales Department and Mike in the Finance Department. Fred is fabulous and has the patience of Job. I test drove two different vehicles twice each. He explained the differences between each of the vehicles and wasn't too put out when I wanted to drive each one twice. He also suggested other models that might meet my needs. Fred was very accommodating and offered us refreshments as well. Mike in the Finance Department explained every step of the process and all of the warranties available for my new 2023 CRV. Each gave me his business card and told me to call if I had any questions. Fred said that I could call his cell phone number if I had any questions because I was concerned with going from a V6 to a 4 cylinder. My fear was the 4 cylinder would bog down on hills and not have enough power to pass vehicles when I needed to, but that proved to be totally FALSE! My car will fly! Power isn't an issue for Ruby (the name that I gave my new car). Yes, you guessed it! She's red! My only complaint (not directed at the staff) is that my navigation device took me across town to their old location. That was frustrating but not necessarily anyone's fault. May have been an issue with the navigation system in the vehicle that I was driving, but the cell phone navigation gave me the exact directions as well. More
