Above and Beyond In September my brother drove my Honda Civic from my house in Florida to St Louis. The car died in Chattanooga. My brother had it towed to the nearest car repair shop (not Honda). They were closing but would look at it further on Monday, he thought the computer needed replaced. My brother had to return to St Louis for a work commitment so could not stay and oversee the fix. I called numerous Honda centers, including Economy Honda of Chattanooga, the technicians indicated a bad computer was a rare occurrence for a Civic. I decided to have it towed from the car repair shop to Economy Honda. Economy Honda helped me get it towed from one repair shop to another. (The other repair shop wouldn't release the car without payment and they wouldn't take a credit card over the phone....a trying time!) At Economy Honda the techs found a bolt holding down the main ground wire (sparking the engine) was loose. So it was a diagnostic charge and a $3 bolt tightening NOT a new computer. When my brother flew in from St Louis the Economy Honda shuttle person picked him up at the airport. I was extremely relieved - and very, very grateful for the help that all the Economy Honda employees gave to me and my brother during this tough time. Thank you Thank you!! More
Traded my 07 Honda for a 16 I brought my 2007 Accord in for service, and I was looking at the possibility of having to make repairs that I really couldn't afford. My Warranty had expired several years ago, so I began to look at the option of trading for a newer model Honda. Being that I hadn't bought a new car in almost 9 years, it was a little nerve-wracking to say the least, but my car salesman, Chris Hayden, helped put my mind and my nerves at ease! Chris really went out of his way to make sure I was aware of all of my options, and he was very patient with me as I went back and forth between deciding to buy a car or get the repairs done. Chris Hayden was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy! He made my car buying experience with Economy Honda one that I will never forget! Thanks, Chris! More

Do everything to clearly display thier appriceation for my business not just some customer number to make money off of. The first day on thier lot it took little time for the sales person to figure the chances of my inability to purchase the vehicle which I was looking at. But at no time did his personality and the way that he treated me change. Nor did any other staff member at any time look down at me or treat me any different. Then the next day as I returned to purchase the same vehicle eveyone of the staff had no hesitation helping me and the sales person doing everything to put the deal together before the bank closed. Even after as the topic of an expired emissions test arise Shane the sales person himself took the vehicle down to secure the smog check. At no time did I ever hear, see or even feel any hint of any person at Economy Honda treat me with anything but respect and common courtesy. Yes, I gladly give Economy Honda Superstore 5 stars. Our salesman, Jeff Hunnehe, was very friendly and professional and he worked to secure us a fair deal. Chris Harris went the extra steps to secure additional items we requested and closed the deal with Jeff in two hours. Kenny Reagan, Finance Manager was very thorough and helpful and took the extra time to make certain all of my questions were answered without rushing me. Unlike many dealerships the entire team treated us like “customers” and I will definitely go back to Economy Honda for service and our next new car! On our way out when we rang the bell, indicating a new car sale, the entire sales staffed cheered and clapped. Great way to end the day! Jamie F More

Jared Haas helped us out with questions, etc. We had a few different cars in mind so we left and did some more searching. My husband called Jared after we had decided on which car and asked what he could do for us on a new Pilot and he very promptly answered. We bought it, no hassle! Our experience with Jared and all the Economy Honda folks was easy and wonderful. I now joke with my husband...to buy me a new car, "he went to Jared" lol. A car is much better than Jewelry and I love mine! More

Helped my daughter when she was a long way from home My college aged daughter was visiting Chattanooga and had a problem with her Honda Fit. The person who had done the oil change before she left on the My college aged daughter was visiting Chattanooga and had a problem with her Honda Fit. The person who had done the oil change before she left on the trip had not secured the oil cap and oil spilled out of the engine. I do not know the name of the tech that helped her but they filled the car with oil replaced the cap and charged her nothing. If I lived any where near Chattanooga, I would buy my next Honda at this dealership. My hope is that because of this review that someone would give this dealership some business for me. I hear too many stories of dealerships taking advantage of people and it is so nice to see the opposite happen. More
