We were approached by Brad Starnes in sales who showed us several used Accords and Civics. After settling on an Accord and noting the high resale values on the used models, Brad suggested that we take a look at a new 2014 Accord which was priced at $18,995. We did, we test drove it, and we drove it home! The experience with Brad was very low key and low pressure and he patiently answered all of our questions. Robert Graham was great in his role as sales manager and supervised the process quickly. Eric Robinson was also our finance contact. The only drawback to our experience was that it took an inordinate amount of time to get our new license tag. In fact, before our 30-day tag expired, I did have to drive back to the dealer and pick up our new tag after they had hand walked it through the process. Other than that, I would certainly buy another vehicle from Economy Honda. We are well-satisfied customers. More

The Finance De They did a great job working with me. This is where you don't do this enough to be good a dealing. The sales man (Butch) was very kind. The Finance Department (Mark) was very up lifting and loaded with kindness. Which is all ways the scarcest part. They worked very hard at my trade-in and getting me into the car THAT I WANTED. The true price on the cars and the extra steps they take are what it's all about! However, the manger was cold and a bit irritating. He made me feel very UNIMPORTANT.. More

We knew the vehicle we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Marty Hitchcock was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. No pressure, no games, very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time and I can honestly say overall it was a pleasant experience, like car buying used to be. I would rate Marty, Mark in finance, and Economy Honda 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone in the market. More

I was leaning towards buying a Honda, when I learned that Butch Ellis was working at the dealership. I had bought 4 other vehicles from Butch at another dealership and knew him to be a sincere, genuine person. A real pleasure to work with, and he is the reason I chose to buy here at Economy. I was genuinely pleased with the prices that your vehicles were advertised for, and almost couldn't believe them. When I couldn't find the color I wanted at Economy, due to the sales volume, Butch engineered a trade with another Honda store for exactly the make, model, color, equipment, etc... Butch came through once again for me, and now I have bought 5 cars from him since 1996. Everyone I had contact with during the buying process was sterling and bent over backwards to be accomodating. The overall experience was stellar! More

He was very detailed and gave us the info we needed to make an educated decision. We left 3 times, but Trea's personality wanting to help us kept making us come back. It wasn't their fault at all we left 3 times, but we just wanted to find a car within our budget and it took a few weeks before we did. Trea never once lost touch and he was a delight to talk and interact with. He was never pushy, so thank you Trea again for that! The finance dude, Hank Coyle, was amazing too once we got to the finance part of our experience. He was very nice and gave us a deal on some extra perks. He was semi-pushy but we expect that in this industry but he wasn't that pushy so that didn't matter to us. Overall we are mega pleased with our new 2014 silver Honda Civic sedan and the service we experienced during the buying process. They also have great prices for new cars! The sales manager, Michael Corley, also was very nice and helpful. On the 3rd day we arrived, we was a little early so Michael got the VIN numbers of the cars we wanted to look at, and had them up front when we were ready to go outside and start looking once Trea was there. Again, overall great experience and these amazing people clearly got our business for many more years and cars to come in the future! More
Good price, but mislead and a little too much honesty I drove almost 2 hrs on a Friday night. I had two cars I wanted to test drive. Both were listed on Economy Honda's website, but when I got there only I drove almost 2 hrs on a Friday night. I had two cars I wanted to test drive. Both were listed on Economy Honda's website, but when I got there only one car was at their lot. The other one was at a sister dealership that, of course, closed earlier that they did. I decided to drive back up Saturday to test drive the other car. I called 30 minutes after Economy opened and told them we were heading up as soon as I left work. The salesman was supposed to get the car over to the Honda dealership. After an hour and a half, he called to say someone was looking at the car at the BMW dealership and that he would call. I am impatient so I went ahead and called the BMW dealership and they informed me that noone was looking at the car. I don't really what was going on. I finally received a call from the salesman that he had the car, so we left out 2 hrs later than planned. Also, on Friday night they offered me $13,500 for my trade-in. I told the salesman that a dealership in Huntsville offered me $14,000 the weekend prior. He brought over a manager and he lead me to believe that he would make that right when I came back on Saturday. I tst drove the other car and decided to buy it. They did not budge on the trade in. When I asked about it the salesman said "we can give you $500 more for your trade-in but we will have to mark the price of the car I was purchasing up by $500." He said "that doesn't sound fair but it is how it works." His audacity was un-nerving. Because the car was priced right, I went through with the purchase anyway. Looking back I should have told him to shove-it. I have had the car for a month now and it is at the Ford dealer getting transmission work done on it - the clutch (yes, an automatic has a clutch on the new 6 speed dual shift transmission) went out. Already!! It is under warranty - thank goodness. I haven't even received my paperwork to get a tag. I called three times about it and on the day my temp tag expired, I was told the paperwork "just" came to her desk that morning. She did mail me another temporary tag. I guess it's not a big deal since I can't drive it anyway. It is in the shop afterall!!! More
