I am sure there are other competent sales reps, but I have dealt with Sal and I know he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with purchase. Unlike many automobile dealerships, Economy Honda will not just sell you a car and then forget about you. The Service Department is outstanding. In fact, the Service Department is a big part of the reason I return to Economy Honda. More

THE BEST HONDA DEALER EVER I was driving by the area to go on vacation to gatlinburg when my AC went out and was recommended to go to this dealership. When I got there they are so friendly and gave us assistance right away. Although at the end I ended up not pursuing the repair beacuse of the damage to my car and end up buying a new car with them it was overall the best experience for us. Everybody was helpful and treats customers with respect and the sincerity from John Carlisle who was the sales person I worked with was phenomenal. They go abaove and beyond like you would never experience in any other dealership. I would drive back to Chattanooga, Tn just to by my next car. And that's more than 6 hours drive from where I live. Derrick was a great help in finding me a perfect car. He was willing to show me all the different colors and was very patient as I made my final decision. This was an overall great experience for buying my first car :) I also like how they were able to help me get financed. It took awhile and the interest was a little high but that is understandable given my no credit status and my co-signer's rebuilding credit status. More

I already knew I wanted a CR-V and had picked out the one I wanted and John took care of everything. When I took delivery, he literally spent an entire hour educating me and my husband on all the functions of the car. It was also a bonus that my dad also bought a new Civic from John that day, and we got a chance to talk to Garland, the sales manager, and realized what a small world it is when we got to talking about both our mothers being in dialysis. We worked with Don Brown over a period of about 5 months to find the right car. Each time we spoke with him he was so helpful and understanding. He didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He was patient and helpful with us during our search and that's why he earned our business. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Also John Carlisle, Garland Langham, and Kendric Finch were also very friendly and helpful when it came to the finance side of our purchase. 2014 Accord EL-X I came out to dealership to discuss purchase of a new car for my wife, we had been out there together over the weekend looking at the accords, my wife I came out to dealership to discuss purchase of a new car for my wife, we had been out there together over the weekend looking at the accords, my wife found one she liked, I went out and looked at car by myself, talked with Trae about the car a little bit, My wife could not get out there in the business hours to drive the car, so I suggested Trae take it out to her place of employment and go over it with her, after checking with management, they allowed him to take the car to her and explain the features of the car, which I thought was super nice of them to do. She loved the car so I went back to purchase the car the next day, Trae happen to be off, so I was introduced to Antoine, he and I hit it off while I was taking a test drive in the car myself, I really felt Antoine really went the extra mile in helping me close the deal with price I felt was fair to me. Everything about the company was very professional, great service department, nice area for a person to relax while car is being serviced, just a good all around atmosphere. Hats off to you guys. More
